Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis je survival horor a tretí diel série Resident Evil. Rovnako ako jej dvaja predchodcovia je to akčná adventúra z pohľadu tretej osoby s polygonálnymi postavami na vopred vykreslenom pozadí s filmovými uhlami kamery. Hoci hra využíva rovnaký základný engine a hrateľnosť ako predchádzajúce hry, hrateľnosť je vylepšená o funkcie, ako je automatické zameriavanie, otočenie o 180 stupňov a nový úskokový pohyb, ktorý umožňuje Jill vyhnúť sa útokom nepriateľa. Verzie pre PC a Dreamcast obsahujú všetkých osem možných kostýmov Jill, ako aj žoldniersku minihru Operation Mad Jackal, ktorá vám umožní hrať za jedného z troch vojakov Umbrelly. Vo verzii pre Playstation sa tieto špeciálne funkcie musia odomknúť zdolaním hry s vysokým skóre.

On September 28, 1998, 24 hours prior to the events of Resident Evil 2, former Special Tactics And Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) member Jill Valentine attempts to escape from Raccoon City. Most of the population has been transformed into zombies by an outbreak of the T-virus, a new type of biological weapon secretly developed by the pharmaceutical company Umbrella. The storyline expands upon the settings and events of the T-virus outbreak in Raccoon City and concludes with the fate of the city and its infected population.
